Quality Assurance
Each print undergoes a thorough quality check and is personally approved by Johan Siggesson before shipment. We take pride in delivering high-quality, meticulously crafted limited edition prints.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your print, we offer a full refund. Please notify us within seven days of receiving your print, and return it in its original packaging, along with the certificate of authenticity. All returns are free of charge. However, the print must be returned in perfect condition (e.g., no fold lines, fingerprints, scratches) to qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Lost Prints During Shipment
In the unlikely event that a print is damaged or lost during shipment due to courier issues or improper packaging, we will replace the print with the next number in the edition at no cost to you. If the edition is sold out, a full refund will be provided.

Returning Damaged Prints
For damaged prints, both the print and the certificate of authenticity must be returned for destruction. Since the value of limited edition prints lies in the exact size of the print run and the unique number on each print, we need to account for any returned print to maintain the integrity of the edition. The cost of return shipping for damaged prints will be covered by us.
